You may use Infinite Sample Packs royalty-free in your musical compositions (personal or professional), provided they are combined and layered with other non-Infinite sounds.
However, you are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or share the samples or licence with others, including via file-sharing services. Additionally, the samples may not be reused, repackaged, or reformatted into other sample packs, sample instruments, AI generators, AI model training, sound effect libraries, or derivative products of any kind.
For more details, please refer to the Licence.
No, as with all sample companies, IN sounds should not be used in isolation. The sounds must be layered with other elements – even subtly, if just forming part of a cue or track.
This applies also to any project which may require stem delivery (i.e. score, production or trailer music). Stems using IN content should not be delivered ‘naked’ (with isolated / un-layered sounds)
Please ensure you select the correct plan at checkout.
Do not share samples. All downloads and streams are uniquely watermarked – each file is traceable to your name, account, email, IP address and the membership plan from which the sample was downloaded.
Any accounts sharing samples or attempting to audio capture sounds will be referred to our legal department. For clarity, all previews are watermarked under a different classification – not an official license.
Uploading to any AI training models or platforms is strictly prohibited. Sites such as Suno will hold you personally liable for copyright infringement if their models are trained on protected content, and our advanced watermarking technology can trace all sounds back to individual users.
Our flagship Kontakt Instrument Pangea is a virtual playable sample instrument with inbuilt samples and patches, compatible with Kontakt 7 and Kontakt 7 Player. You can see the specification and examples of the instrument at the bottom of Pangea’s product page.
Our Kontakt FX sampler The Abyss is a sample manipulation engine (without inbuilt sounds) for dragging and dropping samples – such as those from IN sample packs – to make playable patches from single audio files.
Both Pangea and The Abyss are redeemed via Native Access 2.
Click ‘Add Serial’.
Enter the Serial Number provided by email (if missing, check your spam folder).
Locate the instrument in the ‘Available’ or ‘Not Installed’ tab.

If you do not have Kontakt 7 or the free Kontakt 7 Player installed, locate and install these also.

Yes, our instruments and samplers are now NKS compatible and will work with Kontakt 7 and the free Kontakt 7 Player. You can get the latest version of Kontakt Player from Native Instruments here.
The sample packs can be dragged and dropped into our accompanying Kontakt sampler The Abyss. Please note that sample packs cannot be used in other Kontakt instruments, except those which allow the drag and drop feature.
You may be running an old version of Kontakt or Native Access. Please download the latest version of Kontakt and Native Access. If you have not purchased Kontakt 7, you can download the latest version of the Kontakt Player for free.
For any problems with Native Access or your Native ID account which are not covered here, we recommend getting in touch with Native Instruments support for assistance.
Our Sample Packs, Kontakt Instruments & Samplers are licensed for installation on two computers, provided that both computers belong to the same individual and that only one installation is used at a time. As an example, you could have the products installed on both a home rig and mobile rig providing both are not used concurrently.
For companies the plan extends to up to 5 simultaneous logins for the samples, provided all work in-house for the same company.
Kontakt instruments are limited to 2 logins on all plans in accordance with Native Access technology.
