What are Sample Packs?


The sample packs contain drag and drop AIFF's/WAV's audio files - compatible with all software (Logic X, Ableton, Pro Tools, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro etc). You can find a selection of each pack's samples at the bottom of each Sample Pack product page.


What are Kontakt instruments?


The Kontakt Instruments are playable samples (Virtual Sample Instruments). Compatible with Kontakt 7 and Kontakt 7 Player. You can see the specification and examples of the instrument at the bottom of each Kontakt instrument product page.


Do the Kontakt instruments run in the free Kontakt Player?


Yes, our instruments are now NKS compatible and will work with Kontakt 7 and the free Kontakt 7 Player. You can get Native Instrument's Kontakt 7 Player from: NI: Kontakt 7 Player.


Do the Kontakt instruments also work with Maschine or Komplete Kontrol?


Yes, our instruments are fully integrated with Maschine and Komplete Kontrol allowing for streamlined browsing, pre-mapped parameters and seamless integration with NI hardware.


Will the Kontakt instruments work on my computer?


Kontakt 7 and Kontakt 7 player are compatible with: Intel Macs (i5 or higher): macOS 10.15, 11 or 12 (latest update). Apple Silicon Macs (via Rosetta 2 & natively on ARM in Standalone or in hosts that support it): macOS 11 or 12 (latest update). Windows: Windows 10 or 11 (latest Service Pack), Intel Core i5 or equivalent


Do the Sample Packs work in the Kontakt Instruments?


No, the sample packs are separate audio files which can’t be used in the Kontakt Instruments.


How do I download the Sample Packs?


We work with Pulse to deliver the sample packs. Shortly after purchase, you will receive instructions on how to download/redeem. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your email promptly. Any issues please email info@infinitesamples.com


How do I download the Kontakt Instruments?


Kontakt Instruments are downloaded directly through Native Access. Shortly after purchase, you will receive a serial number to redeem via Native Access. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your email promptly. Any issues please email info@infinitesamples.com . Step by step instructions below:


Install and launch Native Access.
Click 'Add Serial'
Enter the Serial Number provided by email (check your spam folder)
Locate Pangea in the ‘Available’ or ‘Not Installed’ tab.
Click Install.
If you do not have Kontakt 7 or the free Kontakt 7 Player installed, locate and install too.
When the installation is finished, open Kontakt, Maschine or Komplete Kontrol and you should now see your library is ready to use.
Why am I getting an "Installation Failed" message in Native Access?
This issue occurs when Native Access does not have the necessary permissions to complete the installation. Please follow the NI instructions to resolve: Native Access Error Message: "Installation Failed" (Mac)


How can I resolve the "No library found" error message in Kontakt?


You may be running an old version of Kontakt. Please download the latest version of Kontakt using Native Access. If you have not purchased Kontakt 7, you can download the latest version of Kontakt Player for free.


I have a problem with Native Access, what can I do?


For any problems with Native Access or your Native ID account that are not covered here, we recommend getting in touch with Native Instruments support for assistance.

How can I stop my CPU peaking?


This may be solved by increasing the Buffer Size of your audio interface. More information is available at: How Can I Optimise the Performance of KONTAKT?


How can I resolve slow loading times in Kontakt?


There are a few factors that may cause Kontakt to load slowly. One potential solution is to utilise Batch Re-Save. Additionally, certain antivirus or file backup software may slow down the file search process in Kontakt. In some cases, granting Kontakt "Full Disk Access" on macOS can enhance loading times and overall performance.
Legal FAQs


​​Where/how can I use the Sample Packs & Kontakt instruments?


You may use the Sample Packs and Kontakt instruments in your own compositions, either personal or professional, royalty-free provided they are used in conjunction with other sounds.
You may also use the Sample Packs and Kontakt instruments in isolation as sound effects for film projects (but not to be released as score/soundtrack in isolation).
However, you may not resell, re-distribute or give away the samples/licence to another person or through any file sharing services. You also may not re-use, re-package or reformat any of the samples into other sample packs, sample instruments, ai generators, sound effect libraries or derivative products of any kind. Do I own these sounds?


No. By purchasing the packs/Kontakt instruments you are purchasing a licence to use the sounds. Infinite Samples licences these sounds to you in order to use in projects. How many computers can I install to?
Our Sample Packs and Kontakt Instruments are licensed for installation on two computers, provided that both computers belong to the same individual, and only one installation is used at a time. E.g home/ mobile rig


What is your refund policy?


You have 14 days to contact us to request a refund if you have not yet downloaded your product. As the samples are digital products, once downloaded we do not offer refunds. This is due to our third party tracking system being activated once downloaded and cannot be reversed. Please see full Terms and Conditions here and Licence agreement here.
