WATERMARKING PROCESS
We employ a 3 step process to protect our Artists’ sounds and actively pursue anyone leaking or sharing samples.
User Guidelines:
- Do not share samples – All downloads and streams are uniquely watermarked – each file is traceable to your name, account, email, IP address and the membership plan the sample was downloaded on
- Uploading to AI platforms is strictly prohibited. Sites like Suno will hold you personally liable for copyright infringement if their models are trained on protected content
- Accounts attempting to audio capture or stream-rip will be permanently banned. Only official credit downloads will be linked to user accounts and therefore cleared for use under the licence.
Protect your samples collection. Ensure you are on the correct plan and that all sounds are downloaded in the correct manner. If the samples end up on an illegal server, the original owner / streamer / downloader will be prosecuted along with whoever is found using the samples illegally. Our process can track sounds captured via download, stream, mic capture and further treatment, covering any attempt to use our sounds to train AI models or create new packs from our source material.
Stage One
We’ve created cutting-edge tech Infinite/.ID to watermark both user streams and downloads linking to emails, names, membership plan info and IP address.
Stage Two
We’ve partnered with TuneSat for further tracking of the use of samples.
Stage Three
We’ve partnered with Tracksaur – Anti-Piracy who scan all known illegal file sharing sites.
